Hygiene is important at Brookdale so a full top to bottom clean takes place twice a day with the best disinfectant available to the Veterinary profession. Brookdale has proudly held its Agriquality (MAF) accreditation for many years
All Special Needs including Medical & Dietary are catered for, including Weight Watchers, Arthritis & Diabetes. With medication records provided to the owner on check out, 24hr room service & 24hr on call vets this is all part of the Brookdale experience.
At Play Time (min 2 ¼ hr am & 1.5 ¼ hr pm) guests are grouped according to age, size & temperament. During these sessions ears & eyes are checked & cleaned and each guest is brushed. A trained caregiver is with guests at all times.
Music, Sun Umbrellas & Paddling Pools make holidays fun at Brookdale
Puppies are especially welcome at Brookdale, with special time devoted to their development. That first exposure to a boarding kennel is so important for you & your puppy’s future happiness.
The presentation of each guest to the owner upon pick up is important to Brookdale, so a complimentary Therapeutic spa bath blow dry & groom is part of the Brookdale Experience. A smelly dog in the car on the way home is unheard of for Brookdale clients.

Vaccinations are your dog’s first line of defence against disease. A 5 in 1 also Lepto’ & Kennel Cough vaccinations current within the last 12 months are required prior to entering Brookdale. The vaccination certificate must be presented upon arrival prior to boarding. See our Important Checklist.
